- Konica SRX-101A Tabletop Processor – Tabletop film processor
- Odyssey Infrared Imaging System – Infrared imaging system for quantitative Westerns.
- ChemiDoc Touch (Bio-Rad) – This imaging system allows viewing, documentation, and quantitation of proteins and nucleic acids in gels and blots without the use of film.
Cell Culture
- Beckman Coulter Vi-Cell – The Vi-Cell S is a single-position cell viability analyzer manufactured by Beckman Coulter.
- Anaerobic chamber – Type C Vinyl Anaerobic Chamber from Coy Laboratory Products
- CytoFLEX B53011 (Beckman) – This Flow cytometer is an automated instrument that quantitates the properties of single cells, one cell at a time. It measures cell size, granularity, and fluorescence. Based on its ability to measure granularity and fluorescence (both intrinsic and from labeling) the flow cytometer can distinguish between different populations of cells as well as the presence/absence/amounts of cell components (DNA, gene expression/RNA, amounts of specific surface receptors, amounts of intracellular proteins, or transient signaling events in living cells.
