Protein Structure Core
The ECDOI Structural Core provides the following services:
- Protein Expression & Purification – Bacterial, Insect, Yeast, Mammalian
- Protein Characterization – Proteo-liposome reconstitution, carbohydrate uptake & inhibition studies
- Protein Structure Analysis – Crystallography, Molecular modeling, and simulation, NMR, and CryoEM
- Paper/Grant Writing- preparing data/figures and writing up methods, results, and discussion for structural projects as needed for manuscripts or grants

To avail of these services, must first email us (ecdoi@ecu.edu), then consult with and receive approval from the ECDOI Structural Core Manager. All services require you to purchase/furnish your own regents and utilization of both shared/core and lab equipment.
